Delivery conditions in Switzerland

• We deliver packets up to 10 kg via mail to the address chosen by you and packets over 10 kg with a delivery service of our choice. The delivery costs are the postal standard rates; for fast deliveries 13. 50 Fr extra (taxes included) for deliveries over 10 kg.
• The ordered articles will be delivered 10 days after your registered order and after reception of payment. If Minceur shop can.t provide you with the goods within the space of time promised -because of unforeseen circumstances . customers will be informed about the new date of delivery.
• Normally all products listed on our website are ready for immediate delivery. In exceptional cases the delivery might be delayed because of delivery problems of the producer. In that case the articles will be sent to you as soon as they are available.
• When receiving the packet check if nothing is missing or wrong with it (contents and package) while the deliverer is still there. Should any articles be missing or damaged, make a remark on the accompanying letter. If you are not at home a note will be left in your mailbox . In that case the delivered packets are to be fetched from the post office.

Reservation of proprietary rights

The delivered articles remain property of the Minceur shop until the payment is complete.

Guarantee and liability

If there are no contrary written clauses our guarantee is valid from the day of delivery until the end of the appointed guarantee respite and refers to all defects as long as there is proof of faulty production or deficient material. However, our guarantee is limited to the exchange of the deficient goods or a compensation worth the same amount of money, depending on our decision

Customer complaint

When receiving the packet you have to check the goods. If you find a delivery mistake or if the articles are damaged you have 48 hours after receiving the goods to inform Minceur shop (via Email or telephone). Send the articles to us in their original form and package and add the receipt. There won.t be any compensation through money in cash. The goods will be replaced for free or you receive a credit voucher if you wish to. If you don.t accept these conditions Minceur shop reserves the right to recline an exchange of the goods. Given that we are responsible the postal charges will be payed by us on presentation of proof.
